DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA)

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days before shipping. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed with processing up to 5 business days. We offer FREE standard domestic shipping via USPS or UPS from our Honolulu, Hawaii warehouse. Expect approximately 3-7 business days for standard domestic shipping.You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES

Tropical Paper Garden® offers worldwide shipping. We do not ship to international P.O. boxes; a physical street address must be provided.  International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tropical Paper Garden® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  

All international orders, including orders shipped to Canada, are subject to applicable international shipping fees. You are solely responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes including any Value Added Tax (VAT) fees for all international orders.

 

RETURNS

Online Exclusive products (indicated as ONLINE EXCLUSIVE ONLY in the product description) are made to order and uniquely produced for each purchase. Due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Online Exclusive products.

Masks are considered personal sanitary goods. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Mask products.

All other return or exchange requests will not be accepted without prior authorization. To return your product for store credit, please email us with "Return" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. It is imperative that you include the following information in your message: Order Number, Name (as it appears on the order), Contact Phone Number, Item Name, and Quantity of the items you would like to return.  Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the tropicalpapergarden.com website. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise notified. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of approved returned goods, Tropical Paper Garden® will issue back store credit

 

MIS-PACKED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If there are any issues with a product due to mis-packing, defects in materials, or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately (within 14 days from the arrival date of your order) so that we may replace it for you. Supplemental proof such as a photograph of the mis-packing, damage or defect may be required.

Please email us with "Return" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. It is imperative that you include the following information in your message: Order Number, Name (as it appears on the order), Contact Phone Number, Item Name, and Quantity of the items you would like to claim for shortages, damages, or defectiveness. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the tropicalpapergarden.com website.
