Monthly Bag Subscription FAQ

Can I choose the items that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections curated by the Tropical Paper Garden team. So, while you can't specify in advance what designs you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is put together with aloha. 

How long are your subscriptions?

We offer subscriptions as short as 1 month. Please specify the length of your subscription in the quantity section of your order. The quantity will denote the number of months you will receive your selected subscription package. 

Will my subscription renew? Will you keep charging my credit card?

Absolutely not! When you place your order, you choose the number of months of ongoing subscription packages. Whatever you choose, we will only charge you for the exact number of months you specify. Your subscription will never renew unless you place a new subscription order. 

When do you ship your products?

Our shipping schedule is easy to understand: we ship all subscriptions on the 15th day of the month. If you place a subscription order on the 16th, your subscription will be mailed to you on the 15th day of the following month. 

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free to the Continental 50 United States.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?

Of course. When placing your order, please let us know if you would like a specific message sent to the recipient of the order. We will include your message in your recipient’s first subscription package. 

I'm going on vacation, can I pause my membership?

Yes. We can pause your membership for as long as you need and restart deliveries whenever you choose. Please make sure that your request is received no later than the 1st day of the month to take effect that month. 

Can I update my delivery address?

Of course. Please email us at tpgbags@gmail.com to confirm the delivery address change. Delivery address inquiries must be confirmed before the ship out day (every 15th day of the month). 

Can you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes within the Continental 50 United States.
